Wayne was also a LIFE Member of the Association.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM at Parkway Funeral Service Chapel, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck, with Pastor Burnie Kunz officiating.

Burial will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at the ND Veterans Cemetery.
