Vietnam in HD On History Channel

cjones
Finished watching the 6 part series today.  Very graphic but lots of info.  Was not real comfortable with the Vietnam Vets against the war part in the (6th episode), especially the part about John Carry.  One thing i didn't know, or just plain forgot, was that the Paris peace treaty was signed by both sides 27 January 1973.  My birthday is Jan 27th.  May our fallen brothers rest in peace.  May the pain and suffering that we who survived endure, from the WAR,  ease, as we move on.  I love you all, more than life itself.

Lot's of footage from Det. 2 Seawolves but not called out as Seawolves.  Most all the people in Det 2 in 1968 were shown.

The time frames vs. people shown did not match.  I saw including myself people that were there in 68 shown in 66, 67 & 68.  So look for the people and do not look at the time periods to match.

I purchased the "Vietnam in HD" DVD set (2 DVD's 1964-1975) that I just happened to run across in a WalMart Sale bin for $4.99. I also watched it on History Channel last week and it was the same thing.
Rummage through the big WalMart "Sale" bin, you might run across it...

Thanks LTW and Dan.  I'll buy the DVD's if I can then have them and watch when it suits me - I seem to miss half of the episodes on TV.
