Does anyone have a complete list of detachments including every location they were based out of (shore based, LST, YRBM, etc)?  Including Sealords. And HQ's.  Working on a project.

Tom Phillips is probably the best source for that info. He was compiling that data a year or so ago for a VHPA presentation. I helped a little bit, but didn't see the final report, or at least I don't remember a completed version, but he probably has the best idea of what you are looking for.

As to HQ's, only two places; Vung Tau from the beginning with HC-1 Dets in June 1966 to May 1, 1969, then moved to Binh Thuy until we left 3/16/1972.
Sealords were at Binh Thuy until the end.
