are there any other at rates out there who have the 8263 nec for p3c inflight tech?

8263 was also the NEC for Helicopter Door Gunner back in the '60's & '70's, and there are many rates (from AA to AZ) who earned this "8263".

It's not the same as the 8263 NEC Earned in the HA(L)-3 era, but the current 8263 P-3C In-Flight Technician applies to AT and AV, according to the current Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) system.
