William Richter AE2 passes

Bill Richter , of Wichita KS passed away July 11th , 2021, of complications of a heart attack in 2021 . His wife Hazel , would like contact with anyone who served with Bill. Bill was on a Detachment , but I'm not sure at this time which one .
