For those who knew ADCS Jim Taylor...

Taco Melendez, Buddy Wyche, and I flew SAR with him at Whidbey in the mid 70's. He was also the Maintenance Chief, and had good contacts with the Aircew Detailers.

Sorry to hear of Jim's passing.
I also flew SAR at Whidbey with Jim (72 - 75).
Also knew him outside the Navy as we were neighbors on Crosby Rd.

Good man in and out of the Navy!

That's right, I forgot you were there at that time. I think Seawolf pilots Steve Oftedahl & Bill Ford were there about the same time also. Jim Joyce had probably left before Jim Taylor got there...
