Seawolf on Garett County

I just posted this same question on the Seawolf Facebook page:   Question of the day.  Does anyone know who painted the seawolf on the flight deck of the Garett County?  Was it someone from ships company or was it a Seawolf?  It was there when I was on Det-6 July. 69.
