SEAWOLF Medivac early '69

Does anyone remember a Seawolf medivac in the first 3 months of '69 when PBR 759 was blown up ?   there were 2 survivors that were medivaced ---- I am in touch with one of those survivors

River Division 551 out of the Chau Duc. area

It seems the 725 boat was somewhere between Nha Be and Dong Tam when it was hit ---- should be in March 69      anybody remember that medivac ?
