ALSO, a **SPECIAL REQUEST** to all that have NOT mailed in your Reunion Registration “or” a Non-Attendee T-Shirt order. Please send as soon as you can. We are less than 3 months away from the Reunion and I am being asked by my vendors to give them final attendance numbers by August 1st. Thank you to those that have already done this.
JULY 28th….. Gary and I need ALL REUNION REGISTRATIONS and Non-Attendee Reunion T-Shirt Orders no later than July 28th. If you are unable to get your registration or T-Shirt order to me by this date, please contact me. My email/phone info is below.
BANQUET.. when sending in your Registration, please list who you request for your Banquet tablemates.
EMBASSY SUITES…AUGUST 10th….If you have not made your Hotel Reservation, the last date to make a reservation is August 10th unless our block is sold out. Don't hesitate.

ARRIVING PRIOR to August 31st or staying later than September 4th, call Embassy Suites Hotel Contact, Kenna Olson, Sales Manager at (952) 960-5121 for your room reservation. We have a block of 165 Rooms and to date, aprx 125 rooms have been booked.
FINALLY…Everyone who plans on attending the Reunion needs to send in a Registration Form. Please don’t wait until the last minute before submitting. There is a lot of “behind the scenes” work that goes into putting on a successful Reunion.
