REUNION UPDATES and REUNION ATTENDEES as of July 29th
HILTON SAVANNAH DeSOTO is still SOLD OUT at 190 rooms. If you prefer to stay at the Hilton, the hotel still has a few rooms available, but not within our room block or rate. Unfortunately, the nightly rate starts at $240+ per night.
PLEASE! For those of you that already have a room reserved at the Hilton DeSoto and, WILL NOT be able to attend the Reunion, call us before cancelling your hotel room. We may be able to make it available to another Seawolf. To prevent penalties the Cancellation policy for the DeSoto Hilton is 72 hours prior to date of arrival.
DATES TO REMEMBER…..
JULY 25TH was the LAST DAY to make a room reservation @ the overflow hotel SPRINGHILL SUITES (912-629-5300) You can still make reservations …but, it will be at their rack rate at aprx $150 per night for the Reunion dates. Deadline to cancel your room at the SpringHill Suites…is 72 hours prior to your date of arrival.
AUGUST 1ST – DROP DEAD DATE to order REUNION T-SHIRTS. With the large amount of T-Shirts ordered… 3 weeks lead time is needed by our vendor to complete our order and get it shipped to Savannah.
AUGUST 3RD - We are on pace to have over 400 in attendance at this year’s Savannah Reunion…Thank you to all who have gotten your Registrations to us. We are still waiting on a few to follow-up and get us their information. We need your cooperation in getting your Registration to us by August 3rd. If you plan on attending any part of the reunion…you need to register. By pre-registering, it will definitely expedite the check-in process and put you on your way quickly to enjoying the Reunion.
AUGUST 8th – DROP DEAD DATE we will be able to receive Reunion Registrations at our home. If you are unable to get your registration to us by this date…PLEASE, contact us and let us know of your intentions. We will be leaving California aprx Aug 10th headed to Savannah, GA with a short stopover in TX to visit our grandsons.
REUNION TOURS – ALL TOURS ARE SOLD OUT…I have started a Waiting List for all Tours…just in case there are cancellations during the reunion. Please let me know.
RAFFLE ITEMS….For those of you who intend to bring items for the raffle…please give us a “heads up” so we can make arrangements for display.
