UPDATE TO ROH. I have uploaded the ROH requirements document and a nomination form to the ROH website. There are two versions of the form. One is in MS word and the other is a .pdf. I did that because not everyone has "WORD", but I prefer it over pdf. I can use either though. If you use the word doc, after you open it, select "ENABLE EDITING", then save it to your computer and you will then be able to fill it in. If you use the Pdf version, open it, save it to your computer then begin filling it in. Use the tab key to move through the fields in both forms or just click in any box.
