..Anybody able to ID this character.?  Located on Port side (if your sitting in cockpit) of X-35B, Aircraft, on display at Smithsonian..

My doughter works where they build these things in Ft.Worth,Tx. She has asked several higher up's about this picture. They have never seen it before. They suggest it might have been put there by someone who had this aircraft in he past.

Thanks Adam for checking.. I have a friend I'm going to check with bak east about the decal.. Just that I've been traveling about since late June and here it is almost the end of July..sooo once again I ain't gett'n nothing done, that's normal for meself...
