Possible Seawolf

A neighbor of mine saw the Scramble the Seawolves trailer and told me a high school friend of his was killed in VN as a Navy door gunner.  I don’t know the dates but would probably be around 68 to 70.  His name was Bill Robinson and he lived in Whitewater Wisconsin.

My friend Al Dennis was in the Army on the DMZ in armor.  He and I went back to VN in 2009.

We don't have a Bill or William Robinson in the squadron records.

We did have AMH3 Raymond Douglas Robinson, Home of Record: Kenosha, WI, who was a gunner on Dets 1 & 3, 12/21/1967 to 7/13/1968 who was KIA.

This sounds like the person your neighbor is talking about who may have lived in Whitewater, WI during high school, but I don't see a connection with the Nickname "Bill".

Whitewater and Kenosha, Wisconsin are only 50 miles apart...
