I want to let everyone know that we have been invited again this year to attend a Luncheon and the schools Homecoming activities on the 7th of January 2017 at Pacifica Christian High in Santa Monica , Ca.
The school is located at 1730 Wilshire Blvd , Santa Monica.
The luncheon will be from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm. at the school, The school is providing lunch for everyone, so just bring yourselves and an appetite. The school will have some teachers, faculty , parents and students in attendance. We always use this time to meet and make new acquaintances. The school would like us to do a short history lesson on our squadron and they really would like to have us Seawolves speak about our times there. This really is a great time of the event. Anyone who wants to speak , will have an opportunity to do so. This is really an informal event and we learn so much from each other.
After the luncheon the girls and boys soccer events take place in the afternoon and then the Girls Basketball team plays about 5:00 pm and then at approximately 7:00 pm the Boys varsity Homecoming ballgame is played. During these festivities the King , Queen and their court are introduced. Also the Seawolves that are in attendance will be brought down to center court and introduced as well. This has been and again will be such an Honor for Us and our Squadron and more importantly to our Fallen Brother Seawolves. They are never forgotten during these events.
In closing, I will invite you,. on behalf of Coach Kelsey and the school , to attend if possible and you may contact me by email to let me know if you plan to attend so I may inform Pacifica of the approximate number of persons. As a reminder , spouses and family members are welcome. I am really looking forward to the event and if you have never attended this event before , you are in for quite a memorable experience.
