Lost another Seawolf and MBR in Florida

We lost another Seawolf and Association MBR 9/20/2020.

Wife Pamela emailed me a couple hours ago that her husband, Seawolf Robert Stephen MANGENE, LTJG, Det 9, 04/04/1970 to 03/30/1971,
passed away 9/20/2020 from Agent Orange related Pulmonary Fibrosis, working with SEALS in Cambodia when it was still secret in Cambodia.

Could not find an Obituary yet.
