Seawolf Association LIFE Member, Robert James Touhey, LCDR, Det 3 & 1st OinC of Det 9, 12/30/1968 to 12/18/1969.
Retired as CAPT, US Naval Academy Class of 1959.
Wrote the book "Seawolf, Where You From? A Warriors Tales". Appears it never got added to the References List on our Website...
