Perhaps some instructions as to post a naviator, etc. could be helpful.  Some of us aren't that savvy.

John, on the upper right side of this page is your name ----- next to it a down arrow --- click on it --- one of the choices is settings ----- again click on it ----- now one of the choices is your avatar (who named it that ?) ---- choose picture (file) , .... then upload --- that should do it ----- remember, the picture needs to be less than 4 megs ------    Go for it !!
