Found another Seawolf!

**02** Found and spoke with Seawolf David G. CURTIS, AN, Material Control, Vung Tau, 4/30/1968 to 4/18/1969. Found him in Olympia, WA. Had never heard anything about HA(L)-3 after returning to North Island and discharge. Very excited to hear about Association, reunions, and some of the history I let him in on.

Of 2,556 confirmed Seawolf names, 268 Navy Seawolves now remaining to be found, which includes 22 Plank Owners.

We have 585 confirmed DAT (Died After Tour), (22.89%).

I was a plank owner in HA(L) 3 AE2 Maintaince shop Vung Tau  67-68. I believe William (F?) Bondurant was also a also a plank owner. He was from  Frankfort Kentucky and had  Married a woman named Karen. from  Astoria  NY. I know he passed away at least 20 years ago. I am not  sure  if this  will help you nut  I am  pretty  sure he  was a Seawolf

You are correct on everything Robert. It was about 33 years ago.

Seawolf William Stewart BONDURANT, AE2, Maitnenance, Vung Tau, 6/15/1967 to 5/23/1968 passed away 4/21/1983 in Oklahoma of a heart attack, married to KarenAnn.
