Found another Seawolf in CT

Found and spoke with Seawolf Wayne Douglas Brown, LT, Dets 1 & 3, 2/14/1971 to 2/11/1972.

Found him retired LCDR "laying in the weeds" in Voluntown, CT. Will be sending him all the "Stuff".

Now down to 190 Seawolves left to find!
