**5** Found and spoke with Seawolf James M. “Mike” WELCH, LTJG, Det 1, 11/24/1971 to 2/27/1972. Didn’t remember Det Number but said it was at Nam Can and Martha Ray came to the Seawolf “Hootch” while he was there. Lives in Carlsbad, CA. I’d called the same phone # several times back in Oct 2013, but answer machine kept saying “Memory Full”. He blamed his wife for that...
