Found Divorced Ex-Wife of DAT Seawolf Stephen Francis MILLER, AN, Gunner, Det 6, 02/12/1969 to 02/06/1970.
I had found someone by the name, but finally found and spoke with ex-wife to confirm it was him. Sad Story...passed away at 59 on 12/29/2004.
