Patrick "Glenn" Wilson age 69, passed away at the Oklahoma City Veterans Hospital on June 13, 2018 surrounded by his wife and children. Glenn was born on July 22, 1948 in Vernon, TX to Elmer and Lucille (Hull) Wilson. Glenn grew up in Tyler, TX and moved to Oklahoma City in 1959 and attended Capital Hill High School. Barely 17, Glenn volunteered to join the US Navy in August of 1965 where he served at US Naval Station Treasure Island in San Francisco until being deployed to Vietnam in Jan. 1968. During his time in Vietnam Glenn was assigned to Brown-water Navy helicopter attack squadron 3 where he served with distinction until being honorably discharged from the Navy in Feb. 1969. Glenn started working at OG&E in 1970 and married the love of his life, Sandra Jean Flint on Nov. 22, 1972. Glenn and family moved to the Surrey Hills area in 1978 where he resided until his passing. After 30 years of dedicated service, Glenn retired in 2000 from OGE and began his second career as a delivery driver for Triangle A&E. Glenn loved his 17 years at Triangle A&E and worked there dutifully until sickness made him unable to continue in May 2018. Glenn was proceeded in death by his parents, brother Ervin McDowell, sister Joy Martin and grandson Noah Johanning. Glenn is survived by wife Sandy, son Zac and wife Jennifer Wilson of Yukon, daughter Christi Johanning of Foley, AL, son Noah Ferguson of Yukon, grandchildren Zoe, Alex, Luke Wilson and Nick Reddig, brother Donald and wife Jill Wilson of Moore, OK and a host of loving nieces, nephews and in-laws in the Yukon area.
