Found another Lost Seawolf in Ohio

**04** Found and spoke with Seawolf Richard T. HERMES, AK3, Maintenance, Binh Thuy, 11/22/1970 to 11/26/1971.
Turns out I had called his Brother and left a Voice Mail with my spiel. He then called Richard and told him to “call this number” but didn’t tell him who it was or why!
He called me and it was him. Found him and wife in Bowling Green, OH. Sent him the Stuff.
