I found the Sister of Seawolf Luis Ilano Francisco, SD2, Administration, 10/3/1971 to 3/16/1972 (Last day of squadron). Reported from NAVSUPPACT SAIGON.
Luis was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal (with Combat V) from NAVSUPPACT SAIGON the day after he reported to us. He Transferred 3/16/1972 to NAS NORIS, CA (SD1).
Sister said he passed away in the Philippines, 3/6/2014, cremated and flown back to Los Angeles with Sister, most of ashes in a Los Angeles Cemetery, the rest with Sister.
She also said Luis made Senior Chief, and after retiring, worked in San Diego area as a Military Contractor.
