**04** Found DAT Seawolf John M. CLEMENTZ, ADJ1, Maintenance, Binh Thuy, 8/18/1971 to 3/5/1972. John passed away in Flint, MI on 27 June 1987. Found a relative through Ancestry.com to confirm.
John received an Air Medal (Strike/Flight) from his tour just before he transferred from HA(L)-3.
