Does anyone know anything about Eddy Ott's Memorial Headstone at the Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery?

Was there remains found?

Coffelt Database Grave Marker Request was listed as Non-Recoverable. He is still listed as KIA-BNR.
Marker Request also showed he received an Air Medal.

I flew approximately 8 hours Sep 1, 1967 in search for PO Ott. Sad day!
