David Fradelis

I just got word today that David Fradelis has passed away on Feb. 20, 2020.  He lived in Ga., and was with det-4 from Sept. 1968 thru 1969.  He was cremated, and his ashes spread in the Pacific around San Diego.  Fair winds, and calm seas David you are missed.
