Captain Spenser passes away

This evening , at 1739, Captain Robert Spencer passed away with his family beside him .  Yesterday, the Capt felt, and quickly started failing. I know all of us will spend some time thinkingg of the time we served with him, and after him. I hope we made him proud !!    Services are pending and will be announced when set .   RIP Seawolf !!
