Close to the lotto , he missed a Race horse Running that we talk about to bet the next time it ran  Rosirita Senorita and it won coming from the back and paid $ 88 to win, 52 for second,  a 1o cent trifecta paid $ over $ 2ooo,  a small bet would have made him Big $

..Had myself a one time big win, Murph and i was at a dog track, i put down a $2 bet on a dog with good odds of dieing before race started..Murph was all over me for waste'n the money on such a ridiculous dog...coming round the last turn that dog musta got bit on the butt by a bumble-bee cause she shot by the others like they was frozen to the ground...paid Big.!! Murph says "we are a team right,(?)..so we should split the winnings"...."for sure Mike" says eye "what are you smoke'n"...afterwords we went to the tavern to drown his sorrow's and spend my winnings...Great to have goooood buds ain't it..ah, i bought us both a steak dinner..then we picked up on two fine ladies,..oh you probaly don't want to hear what happened that nite, it's okay by me..But you is missing out on one heck of a yarn brother.!!...
