**03** Found DAT Seawolf Fred Ray MILLER, CSSN, Administration, Binh Thuy, 7/26/1969 to 1/13/1970. Tour was cut short by transfer to NAVHOSP Yokosuka, Japan. Turns out he was also prior Army though I could not find a record of it except headstone.
