Called because I was told this person called to get proof of being in HA(L)-3 for VA Claim, spoke with his wife Wilma said no, that's impossible, he passed away in 2013!
DAT Seawolf Sylvester A. ARMFIELD, Jr., YNC, Administration, Binh Thuy, 1/31/1971 to 3/16/1972. Had found him in 2010, after talking with him, finding out his health problems, tried to get him to go to the VA. Wife said he never did, but went to many doctors outside the VA. Had congestive heart failure, numerous other problems, wife said he passed away with multiple organ failures.
