Found this guy and talked to him earlier today, but lightning strike took out my power (found out my APS battery was now dead!), so lost everything I had put into his record. Had to "re-find" him again.
**13** Found and spoke with Seawolf James O. WALL, CS3, Administration, Vung Tau / Binh Thuy, 4/7/1968 to 6/2/1969. Found him in Danville, VA, has diabetes, bad feet, doesn’t get around much, I think I convinced him to go to VA for Agent Orange screen and exam. No computer. Said he was sent TAD from Vung Tau to Army, until last month or so, then to Binh Thuy when they moved Homeguard. Got out after HA(L)-3 because they were supposed to give him orders to Scotland, then changed them.
