**03** Found and spoke with wife of DAT Seawolf George David WILLSON, ATAN, Maintenance, Binh Thuy, 6/7/1971 to 2/19/1972. Wife said he passed away 7/16/2014 with Pulmonary Fibrosis after being in a coma for 2 weeks.



He went by his middle name, David or "Dave".
