Nightly rate of $89.00 +12.1% tax (200 rooms based on single/double occupancy). Rate applies to 3 days prior/3 days after Reunion.
FYI: Our Reunion block of 200 Rooms are almost sold out. To date, there are ONLY 17 ROOMS AVAILABLE
If you anticipate attending the Reunion, don’t hesitate on making a hotel reservation. Late reservations can be made but, it will be at the going rack rate, not the group rate. Cancellation…You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival, no penalty.

1.) WEDNESDAY - SEP 23rd (1st Day of Reunion) ONLY – SHUTTLE “TO” BRANSON RADISSON HOTEL
There will be 3 pick-ups at the Springfield Airport Times are 12:00noon / 2:00pm / 4:00pm
Shuttle only offered on Day 1 of the Reunion (Wed, Sep 23rd) Reservations needed in Advance
Cost: $12.00 per person (On Registration Form)
Gather your bags and be ready to board the bus at the designated times. Please email your flight itinerary to gleseawolfdet9@cox.net or include with your Reunion Registration. ***Schedule your airline arrival time accordingly to take advantage of this Shuttle.
2.) SUNDAY - SEP 27th (Last day of Reunion) ONLY - SHUTTLE “TO” SPRINGFIELD AIRPORT
There will be 3 departures from the Radisson Hotel Times are...7:00am /10:00am /1:00pm
Shuttle only offered on the Last Day of the Reunion (Sun, Sep 27th) Reservations needed in Advance
Cost: $15.00 per person (On Registration Form)
Please allow aprx 60-75 minutes travel time from hotel to Springfield airport to make sure you arrive in time for your flight check-in.

REUNION BANQUET…..Our seating is limited to 400 for the Banquet. We are handling the seating arrangements/table assignments BEFORE the Reunion. If you have a group (10 or less per table), submit names with your Reunion Registration and we can get a table started for your group. To help keep our records accurate, please initiate contact and coordinate with the others before submitting names. If no requests are made, we will assign you a table. Because of the banquet capacity limit, it is very important to get your Reunion registration in as soon as you can.
