****2020 BRANSON REUNION….is still proceeding as planned. During these difficult times we remain optimistic. We are pushing forward and continuing to plan the Reunion as scheduled and monitoring all the events. If, at any time, there are any changes, we will advise.

Our Reunion block of 200 Rooms is almost sold out. There are only a few rooms remaining. Late reservations can be made but, it will be at the going rack rate, not the group rate. You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival, no penalty.
***SPRINGFIELD AIRPORT SHUTTLES TO/FROM BRANSON RADISON HOTEL***
1.) WEDNESDAY - SEP 23rd (1st Day of Reunion SHUTTLE “TO” BRANSON RADISSON HOTEL
3 pick-ups at the Springfield Airport Times are 12:00noon / 2:00pm / 4:00pm
Reservations needed in Advance Cost: $12.00 per person (On Registration Form)
Gather your bags and be ready to board the bus at the designated times.
2.) SUNDAY - SEP 27th (Last day of Reunion) ONLY - SHUTTLE “TO” SPRINGFIELD AIRPORT
3 departures from the Radisson Hotel Times are...7:00am /10:00am /1:00pm
Reservations needed in Advance Cost: $15.00 per person (On Registration Form)
Allow aprx 60-75 minutes travel time from hotel to Springfield airport to make sure you arrive in time for your flight check-in.
Email your flight itinerary to gleseawolfdet9@cox.net or include with your Reunion Registration. ***Schedule your airline departure time accordingly to take advantage of these Shuttles.
REUNION BANQUET…..Our seating is limited to 400 for the Banquet. We are handling the seating arrangements/table assignments BEFORE the Reunion. If you have a particular person(s) “or” group that you would like to sit with (10 or less per table), submit names with your Reunion Registration and we can get a table started for your group. To help keep our records accurate, please initiate contact and coordinate with the others before submitting names. If no requests are made, we will assign you a table.
