Just a quick photo to share from CPT Joffre W. Filion, 3rd CO of the Army Sea Wolf Operation. The "16" on the sailor hat was his call sign; "Seawolf One Six" from the Tortuga.

No, I didn't get to HA(L)-3 until 26 July 1970. I extended for a second tour and left on 17 Feb 1972. But I was on the line out in the Tracking Crew...
